Abstract

The premise in this book is that there is a lack of positive research about dyslexia, especially about adults with dyslexia, as most books look to help with the identification and the remediation of dyslexics, mainly for school-aged children. However, dyslexia is lifelong, which challenges public perceptions that dyslexia only affects children in school learning to read and write.
