Abstract
In this chapter, three international consultants in the area of career development and employment counselling look back at their involvement in international cooperation projects in Jordan, and share their experiences and perspectives on the situation in the country. They consider the strengths and limitations of Jordanian efforts in promoting the field of career guidance, the impact of external aid projects, and the challenge of developing a lifelong guidance system that is truly compatible with the realities of the Jordanian culture and economy.
