Abstract

All over the world, education has been acknowledged as an important element for advancement. In the words of South Africa’s late statesman, Nelson Mandela – “Education is the most powerful weapon which can change the world.” This makes it a key instrument for harnessing opportunities in a developing country like Nigeria which has a large youth population.
