Abstract
It is strongly recommended that out-of-field teachers, specialist teachers and school-leaders collaboratively develop and support high-quality teaching through open discussions about the out-of-field phenomenon. Having all the different role-players involved makes it possible to look at the same topic from different viewpoints.
