Abstract
Creativity and innovation are closely intertwined; one is not possible without the other. We could not be creative without some sort of innovativeness, something new or unusual. Innovation would not be possible without creative thinking, and depending on how innovation is defined, it requires creative actions as well. Some scholars do not make a distinction between innovation and creativity (Georgsdottir, Lubart, & Getz, 2003; Weisberg, 2003).
