Abstract

The body is not as polite or predictable as us earthlings would like to think it is. As you know we cry, laugh, eliminate, fall, stretch, and sleep, but how the body does these things is not always the same or at the same time. We may like to get seven hours of sleep each night, but it doesn’t always work out that way. Interruptions are a given whether it is kids getting up at night, fluctuation of hormones, or the need to empty oneself.
