Abstract
Listening calls to the canopy of our senses. Our ears hear, so does the heart. The entire body hears. I listen to the light as I feel its softness on my skin. I listen to the ache within me noticing a longing within. I listen to the stiffness in my shoulders; they tell me it is time to swim again. Listening is not only about getting the tasks of life done. I listen to the joy calling me back to what truly matters in my life.
