Abstract

I was first trained in industrial design. Today, I have a doctorate in Communication and Semiotics from the Pontificate Catholic University of São Paulo and a Master’s degree in Arts from the Federal University of Campinas in São Paulo. I work as an artist, videomaker and researcher, and have been participating in collective and individual exhibitions, lectures and workshops since the 1990s. I think it’s important to mention that I only began my work with images and video installations in 2006.
