Abstract

Ernest parks our car in R Garage at the large teaching hospital. I have arrived for my colonoscopy appointment at 9:00 a.m. sharp. A nametagless man tells me my Medicare forms have not arrived. I must agree to pay for my “procedure” if insurance doesn’t. He puts a paper I.D. bracelet with my name on it around my left wrist.
