Abstract
Today is one of those surprisingly wonderful early June days in Ohio, sunny, but not humid, sailor blue skies, a slight breeze and all manner of trees in full leaf, impatiens spilling out of window boxes and orange daylilies spilling on the sidewalks, kissing my calves as I pass by, sauntering on my quarter-mile walk to Chez Provence, a bistro and bakery built around a vintage oven imported from France.
