Abstract
Interdisciplinarity has undoubtedly changed the landscape of academic work in recent years and, increasingly, students are also ‘living the dream’; but it can be a dream of interdisciplinary possibilities that do not always come good, and have sometimes ‘succeeded’ only when we offset a great deal of time and effort that went on in the background.
