Abstract
I’ve written about evoking emotions and emotional vulnerability in our readers. Now we’re going to concentrate on your own vulnerability as a writer. To get the sort of deep emotional terrain that moves your reader into your story, you have to be open to emotional vulnerability yourself. You have to be what Behar (1996) calls a vulnerable observer
