Abstract
Setting the stage or creating an atmosphere that promotes a love of learning is as important as planning a viable science curriculum. Being familiar with each of your students helps you become aware of the many factors that affect how they learn in the classroom. In addition, when teachers present a scientific concept, they must address misconceptions students already have about the topic.
