Abstract

An urban school district in the Midwest wanted to create a new high school with specific career tracks. At the time, I was working at a nearby community college and was tapped by the New Deal Board of Education to help plan and launch the school. Students who applied to New Deal High School were interviewed. I bought new glasses that had a D & G insignia on the temple.
