Abstract
Throughout their narratives participants shared interconnecting factors of inclusive and exclusive elements contributing to their overall sense of school belonging. Shedding light onto matters of inclusion participants highlighted factors such as social interaction with peers, school recognition, engaging and active learning, and independence and voice in school.
