Abstract

This chapter stories the learning in, and discoveries of, an English learner (EL) instructional coach (iCoach) with mentorship from a scholar of self-study—both with a unique and deep commitment to improving their professional practices. The self-study designed by Delia began in a doctoral advanced research methods course taught by Anastasia who served as her critical mentor.
