Introduction

  • Chapter
Playing in a House of Mirrors

Abstract

When I, Elinor, think back on how the idea for this book began for me, I can pinpoint almost the exact moment when the original thought took on some form of shape in my mind. I was driving Warren to the airport in Edinburgh so that he could begin his journey onwards from spending a week in Fife, Scotland delving into the artistic practices of students within one of the local further education colleges as well as debating and discussing the benefits of applied theatre practice with me and my colleagues.
