Abstract
The LEAP, to which Michael refers, is the statewide Louisiana Educational Assessment Program and his claim that their students had “the most growth,” means that their scores on a recent assessment created by the EMPOWER charter management organization (CMO) increased more than the scores at the other eight schools within their network.
