Abstract
Jessica’s cell phone announced an incoming text. Hearing it bleep, she opened her eyes, rolled over, and glanced at the clock on the nightstand: 8:05 a.m. She rolled back over, throwing the blanket over her head. Volunteer work at the Democratic Headquarters didn’t start until ten, she could sleep a little longer.
