Abstract

As you were reading the previous chapter, a thought must have run through your mind that it is all well and good for teacher leaders to share, but what about encouraging their co-workers along the way and cultivating and retaining the trust of the people with whom they work? Furthermore, networking is crucial to gather information on something that they are passionate about. With these three factors in mind, you need to set a clear purpose for what you are doing.
