Abstract

You might recall from the previous chapter some subtle messages about exploring, learning, and sharing. Whenever change arises, you involuntarily explore, learn, and share. Learning and exploring are crucial to keep up with changes in technology. According to all of the participants in my study, teacher leaders’ perspectives on knowledge acquisition are holistic: knowing technology for themselves as well for their learners.
