Abstract
In accordance with paragraph 9 of the Confidentiality Annex to the Convention and Interim Staff Rule 1.6.02, staff members of the Technical Secretariat are required to enter into individual secrecy agreements with the Secretariat covering their period of employment and a period of five years after it is terminated. The standard text of the agreement is the following:
