Abstract

Lack of consistent ethos theories and neglect of analyzing the trainer’s ethos constituted the main motivation for conducting this study. Despite plenty of literature about professional morality, it was found that – with one exception (Oser, 1998) – a consistent ethos theory is non-existent.
