Abstract
Due to missing empirical studies, a new instrument was needed to measure the trainers’ pedagogical ethos. The theoretical part argues that the pedagogical ethos is understood as a complex construct that refers to vocational trainers’ pedagogical responsibilities. A trainer’s ethos is particularly demanded when odds are present.
