Abstract

The Appendix is stuffed with exercises designed to get you writing about family in verse, perhaps even writing with family members. I outlined the benefits to a poetic treatment of family stories in the preface, so my goal here is to have you think about, generate, and gather material that will help you to write poems that (re)story family.
