Abstract
At Roeper we talk about our Homeroom communities, our Stage Communities, our Lower School Community, our All School Community, our Parent Community, and so on. They are all vitally important to our school, yet creating each of those communities takes time, respect, careful work, tenacity, and a willingness for tolerance at all levels.
