Abstract
Like many other Higher Education (HE) sectors around the world (see, for example, Deem & Brehony, 2005; Dominelli & Hoogvelt, 1996; Hayes & Wynyard, 2002; Jary & Parker, 1998; Leung, 2007; Nkomo, 2009; Strathern, 2000), Taiwanese HE has been going through a dramatic transformation.
