Abstract

In this chapter an analysis is conducted on the right to education in Latin America as presented in documents generated by the Organization of the Latin American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI). This agency is an international organization with an intergovernmental character, for the cooperation between Latin American countries, in the field of education, science, technology and culture in the context of integral development, democracy and regional integration.
