Abstract
Essay: A short analytical interpretive prose dealing with a particular topic, especially from a personal and unsystematic viewpoint. I have noted with great detail and compelling evidence, the role of unconscious bias and unintentional racism in the workings of our schools and institutions (Moule, 2009).
