Abstract

The purpose of Section Two is to explore issues and obstacles as the correspondents experienced them, from the beginning of the process introduced in parts one and two of Section One, through the end, which was foreshadowed in the descriptions offered in part three of that section. Like Section One, this section is also divided into three parts, allowing you to focus more easily on the portion of material immediately important to you.
