Abstract

“ Sir, don ’ t you think that, in addition to a Commissionership on Children ’ s Rights, there also ought to be a Commissionership on Parents ’ Rights? ” I have only been Commissioner for Children ’ s Rights for a few weeks and am attending an event of the biggest family organisation in Flanders, and this is the question I have been asked the most that afternoon.
