Abstract

Prior to discussing strategies for bringing mother-scholar epistemology into various dialogues in education, I shed light on some of the masculine underpinnings onstricting the field of education. By drawing attention to the privileging of men′s knowledge and men’s experiences, we see that male experiences have formed a basis of our knowledge in education.
