Abstract
Adult educators who are dedicated to their profession wonder a great deal about how to teach and how best to engage learners. In fact, good teachers generally critically reflect on their teaching and are constantly trying to implement new ideas and practices to improve their work. One of the areas that many are concerned about is whether men and women learn differently and how should they as an adult educator accommodate or celebrate this difference.
