Abstract

This chapter draws on the cases investigated through the pilot studies referred to in, in order to undertake a critical examination of how the process model presented in this book can be used by practitioners. The term practitioner is used to distinguish from the leaders and managers, who are the focus for Chapter 9, and the professional development providers, who are the focus in Chapter 10
