Abstract

The aim of this chapter is to reflect on the experience of ALP as a whole. An attempt is made to identify factors which have helped ALP to thrive, and implications for the management of innovation in adult learning, with a view to spreading the influence of such projects on the mainstream of education. This leads into a discussion of some significant themes in the work of ALP which have wider implications.
