Abstract
This book takes a holistic approach to sustainability, as a concern practical and philosophical, local and global. Through twelve 12 chapters from a wide range of disciplinary backgrounds, we ask: how can individuals and institutions make judicious and well-managed contributions to the increasingly complex agenda of a sustainable world? We find ultimately, that the answer lies in processes of governance, management and decision-making.
