Abstract
High throughput biotechnology brought an increasing number of the omics data across the species, making it possible to understand the genomic and genetic information in a systematic way. In this chapter, we introduce some valuable biological knowledgebase, covering the integrative aspects of the pathway structures, the molecular functions, macromolecular structures, molecular interactions, and so on. Moreover, a list of these databases is summarized in a table at the end of this chapter for a quick review.
