Examination of Different Types of Situations Relating to Air Charter
It remains to demonstrate the results to which the solution of our problem of interpretation described in the preceding chapter may lead. This will be done by discussing some practical situations in order to find out where the Warsaw Convention, according to our interpretation, applies. The intention is by no means to cover all the possible combinations of circumstances and arrange the material systematically, but only to pick out some situations that seem practical or otherwise interesting.
