Abstract
Sweden plans to make birth control assistance a major part of its rapidly expanding foreign aid program. The program has grown from $10 million to $25 million over the past year, and the Swedes are committed ultimately to channel 1% of their gross national product — about $17 billion at present — into various types of foreign aid.
