Abstract
A conjunction is a word which serves to introduce a clause and connect it to an accompanying clause. Dutch conjunctions call for two different types of word order. Many conjunctions with which we have already become familiar simply form a connecting link between clauses without making any change in word order. These are the so-called coordinating conjunctions.
