Abstract
Floral induction is normally triggered off by specific light and dark cycles. Fluorescence measurements is one method of obtaining information about floral induction. The following experiments were performed:
-
1)
Fluorescence induction kinetics of leaves in the presence of DCMU.
-
2)
Fluorescence induction kinetics of leaves at low temperature.
