Abstract
After concerning itself with a comparative law presentation of national antitrust laws in Cologne (1958) and Salzburg (1960), the IBA’s Committee on Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices turned its attention to specific antitrust questions arising in connection with supranational bodies (Edinburgh, 1962) and international trade (Mexico City, 1964). This was continued with a discussion of international license agreements at the Lausanne Conference in 1966. To the foregoing the Twelfth Conference in Dublin (1968) will add a survey on the rules of procedure contained in the individual antitrust laws.
