Abstract
A detailed questionnaire was sent out to all member Bar Associations to obtain the data necessary for the preparation of this Report. Of the 56 organizations approached the 18 organizations listed in the Appendix to this Report responded before 1st May, 1968 when this Report was prepared. The information set out below relates solely to the associations from whom replies have been received.
