Abstract

In the past issues of a similar publication we have given a synthesis of UNCTAD activities in the field of maritime law since the creation of the Working Group on International Shipping Legislation by the Committee on Shipping by Resolution 7 (III).* We will now report on the follow-up of the activities of the secretariat during 1984.
