Zusammenfassung
Felling is the partial operation which dominates tree harvesting work. It includes measures undertaken in order to separate standing trees from the stumps or roots, or other methods necessary to fell the tree. Although felling requires a relatively small proportion of the total time involved in the harvesting of a tree, its proper performance is of importance for the subsequent processing.
