Abstract
In the period preceding the approval of the Comprehensive Programme, i.e. before 1971, only a few joint enterprises had been operating within the CMEA community in production and with relatively modest means and volume of output. The aim in connection with the establishment and operation of these had been ta produce economically certain goods, to be distributed among the countries according to predetermined proportions.
