Abstract

Workshop discussion centered on NSR cargo potential and possible share of global seaborne trade on the NSR. Relevant statistics on this were supplied by Panel Member Trond Ramsland. It was shown that there is a cargo potential but that overall and additional costs would be higher than those for alternative routes.
