Abstract

The optimization method of real-time control of two reservoirs system which are working for a common receiver is considered. Because there are no good forecast of water influences to a system for a long time, it is suggested to shorten a control optimization horizon. At the same time final states of reservoirs at the end of a control time horizon must be taken into account when choosing current control. Such a suggested approach to real-time control leads to a multi-criterial problem in which a choice of control is determined as looking for a compromising relation between current (within the limits of control horizon) and future effects that result from the achieved final states. A solution to such a problem necessitates some additional information about statistical relationship between future effects and final states of reservoirs. This paper deals with identification method of these relationships and a computer program which realises it. The charts which show possibility of obtaining a given outflow in dependence on the chosen way of control are the result of the offered method.
