Abstract
Hydroecological problems are problems caused by changes in water resources which affect the health and life conditions of people, as well as the regular operation of water and related surface ecological systems. There are different types of hydroecological problems, but all of them are most often expressed in terms of a disturbed natural water regime of the territory and river basin, and especially in the deterioration of water quality.
