Abstract
Risk is according to international standards (such as ISO 13702, ISO 1999) ‘A term which combines the chance that a specified hazardous event will occur and the severity of the consequences of the event.’ Mathematically, this may be expressed as follows:

This definition is sometimes called ‘real risk’, ‘objective risk’ or technological risk. It is not obvious that these terms are any better, and the term ‘risk’ is used in this text. But it is a point that the estimated risk should be done as objectively as possible.
